Can I pay my employees?
Yes, you can pay your employees. CloudPayroll will calculate the gross wages, PAYG, superannuation contribution and take-home pay. You can then pay your employees directly by downloading your bank ABA file.

How do I know how much annual leave my employees are entitled to take?
Administering leave is quick and easy. You specify an employee’s entitlement when you set them up in CloudPayroll depending on their employee agreement. What HR does your system offer?
You can set up a variety of HR reports and custom fields, such as training, performance reviews, certificates, and licence expiries. You can also upload photos and documents to an employee’s file for secure storage and access. Best of all, these convenient features do not cost anything extra.
My employer hasn’t given me a login to get my payslip. What do I do?
You will need to ask your employer or payroll department for a copy of your recent payslip and follow the log-in instructions on it. Unfortunately, our support team cannot deal directly with employees.
If I previously worked for a company that used CloudPayroll, can I still see my old pay information on your system?
Provided the information you are seeking was generated within the past 12 months, then yes. Simply login as usual to the Employee Kiosk using your previous details.

How much is the Premium plan?

What is JobKeeper?
The JobKeeper Payment is open to eligible employers, sole traders and other entities to enable them to pay their eligible employee’s salary or wages of at least $1,500 (before tax) per fortnight. You can enrol for the JobKeeper Payment through the ATO's Business Portal.
Eligible employers will be reimbursed a fixed amount of $1,500 per fortnight for each eligible employee.
Employers need to pay all eligible employees a minimum of $1,500 (before tax) per fortnight to claim the JobKeeper Payment. This will be paid to the employer in arrears each month by ATO.
