The Employee Kiosk puts your employees’ pay information securely at their fingertips. As well as viewing their current payslips, they can view historical payslips, and Tax YTD summary, apply for leave, record hours worked, and request changes to personal details.

Employees can view their current payslip and historical payslips. Their payslip contains their year-to-date taxable earnings, PAYG, and leave balances. Superannuation payments and salary sacrifice also included.
The Employee Kiosk makes applying for leave easy. Employees can check their projected leave balance before applying, view leave calendar (optional), add a reason as to why they have requested leave if required by their employer.
Enabling Timelogs in the Employee Kiosk means employees can record their start and finish times and time codes (roles, or ordinary hours, overtime) as they go.
If they record start and finish times, hours are automatically calculated. The employee submits the Timelogs for approval. Only approved Timelogs will be included in pay run.
